Gargle Your Mouth With Saltwater

Saltwater has disinfectant properties and can assist your body to heal. Several pieces of research show that swishing your mouth with a saltwater mixture can provide relief to your inflamed gums led by gingivitis. Tips to make and use salt water to wash out your mouth.

  • Take one teaspoon salt
  • Stir it in a glass of pour boiling water
  • Take a sip of saltwater and rinse around your mouth
  • Spit out the solution after rinsing 30 second
